SHIPPING POLICY
We ship quickly and reliably to virtually any place in the world, including APO/FPO addresses. And we offer FREE shipping for orders over $100 (see below).
Billing Address: Billing address and phone number should match the information on your credit card statement.
Shipping Address: To ensure reliable and expedient delivery, please provide your full shipping address (including street address, city, postal code and country) and telephone number during the checkout process.
Shipping Methods: All orders are normally shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. For APO addresses you must select 'USPS Priority Mail' shipping method and indicate United States in the shipping country. Tracking information for your order will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout. We reserve the right to choose a different shipping method to ensure proper fulfillment of orders.
Handling Time: We normally ship or fulfill orders within 1—2 business days after payment is cleared and verified, unless specified otherwise.
Shipping Cost: We are not in the shipping business, so we are keen to keep shipping cost low for our customers. To find out shipping costs for your order, please do the following: 1) add all items you would like to order to the shopping cart, 2) enter your shipping address on the checkout page, 3) select your shipping method and click 'Apply'.
FREE Ground Shipping: We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders $100 or over within the 50 US states and Puerto Rico. The entire order must be shipped to a single address. You must select 'UPS Ground' as the shipping method during checkout. Delivery time ranges from 1 to 7 days (
Transit times by State), excluding handling time. Not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. This promotion may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
Intangible products: Such products as airtime refills, PIN-codes, etc. are delivered or rendered electronically or by email, so no shipping or handling fees are charged on such orders.
Customs Clearance: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties or restrictions of the country to which your order ships. Sattrans USA is not responsible for any of such fees and duties or delays in customs clearance.
WARRANTY, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We at SATTRANS are proud to offer products and services which we have trust in. However, the life is full of surprises, so please read carefully our rules for warranty and returns.
Warranty: Most of accessories and equipment manufactured by SATTRANS (vehicle and office docking stations) are covered by two-year worldwide warranty on all parts and labor. Other (except for batteries) products normally have one-year warranty. All rechargeable batteries have a 90-day warranty.
Returns: Should you discover any problem with a product manufactured or sold by Sattrans USA, we suggest you contact the point of sale or our office before sending any the product back - we may be able to solve your problem.
Should your product arrive DOA (dead-on-arrival), you may return the item within 15 days for a full refund (less the shipping costs and any additional costs incurred by you when receiving or returning the product). The refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the merchandise.
If your product is found faulty within the warranty period, we, at our discretion, will grant you a refund (less the shipping costs and any additional costs incurred by you when receiving or returning the shipment) or replace the faulty product.
Before returning faulty items, make sure you have included: 1) a warranty certificate and a sales receipt, 2) a note with description of the fault, 3) your full name and contact details. Failure to supply this information may delay your replacement or warranty service.
Products found to be tampered with shall not be accepted, refunded or replaced. Such products can however be repaired and returned at customer's expense.

Cancellations: If you just don't like your purchase and want to return it, we may accept it in the original condition within 30 days after purchase, but a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be debited from your refund. You must contact us to obtain an return approval before sending the order back.
NON-RETURNABLE and
NON-REFUNDABLE items are: 1) SIM-cards removed from the plastic casing OR activated, 2) airtime vouchers deposited to a prepaid account.
